A leading event management company was seeking a referral partnership that would be mutually beneficial to them and their partner company. Their hope was that the referral partnership would open up a new revenue stream to boost their company’s earnings. This partner would also need to be able to integrate with each of their sales channels seamlessly to allow efficient, omnichannel processing. Since they wanted to avoid the risks of manually processing payments, they decided to partner with CardConnect to develop a solution that would allow them to deposit money directly into their client’s bank accounts. This solution allowed their customers to receive funds securely and hassle-free.
Situation:
The client understood the inefficacies and risks that come from manual payment transactions. In seeking a referral partnership, they needed someone who would allow them to offer their clients the ability to securely collect funds for their events that deposit directly into their customer’s back account. The intention was to allow their customers to track transactions instantaneously, as well as provide automated refunds when needed. While other event management organizations hold their client’s funds and hand them off later, our client was able to remove the obstacle of being the middleman—making collecting event fees seamless for both the customer and their attendees. The customer receives their money faster, and the event attendees payment information is transferred safely and securely.
